The all-new Jeep Grand Cherokee offers tremendous amounts of power with three engine options, one being the class-exclusive PHEV powertrain.The Grand Cherokee 4xe provides power and efficiency with 375 horsepower, 470 ft-lbs of torque, 6,000-pound towing capacity, all with a 24-mile all-electric range and a 440-mile combined driving range. The standard engine is a 3.6-liter V6 that delivers 293 horsepower with a 6,2000 lb towing capacity. Boats, trailers, you name it, with an available best-in-class maximum towing capacity of 7,200 pounds for the available V8, there’s a whole lot you can tow.
2022 Ford Edge Power & Handling
The standard engine for the 2022 Ford Edge is a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4. This engine delivers a suitable balance of power and efficiency. The Edge ST offers a little more power with a 2.7-liter twin-turbo V6, giving this practical crossover the performance of a hot hatchback. The 2.0-liter engine is paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission, and the V6 uses a 7-speed. With the 2022 model year, all Edge models now come standard with all-wheel drive. The maximum towing capacity of the Edge is 3,500 pounds when equipped with the optional Class II Tow Package.

The 2022 Ford Edge offers a stylish SUV with a few premium features. The exterior features change a bit depending on which trim you go with. For example, the ST and ST-Line have a sporty appearance package, and the Titanium model looks more luxurious. The interior design is starting to look a little dated, though the tablet-like 12-inch central infotainment screen is impressive.
